Dilek Zeybel at the WIPO Panelists Meeting in Geneva

Starker IP is pleased to share that our Managing Partner, Dilek Zeybel, recently attended the annual panelists meeting organized by the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center in Geneva, Switzerland.
The meeting brought together experienced panelists, legal practitioners, and representatives of the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center to discuss recent developments in domain name dispute resolution, emerging challenges in the online environment, and best practices in the administration of proceedings under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP).
The event provided an excellent platform for the exchange of views on current trends in cybersquatting, online brand abuse, evolving patterns of bad-faith registrations, and the growing impact of digital technologies on intellectual property enforcement. Participants also had the opportunity to discuss procedural developments and share practical experiences from cases administered under the UDRP and related dispute resolution mechanisms.
As a WIPO Panelist, Dilek Zeybel continues to contribute to the development of international domain name jurisprudence while supporting brand owners in protecting their rights in the digital environment.
